Programme Outcomes
These outcomes reflect the practical focus of our programmes. Each one is designed to help participants build the confidence, skills, and direction needed to take positive steps forward.
1. Employment & Work-Readiness
Our programmes help people understand their strengths, interests, and motivations, and how these align with potential jobs or career pathways. Participants learn how to build a tailored CV, prepare for interviews, and navigate the job market with more confidence.
For many, this renewed clarity leads to increased motivation to pursue further training, education, or apprenticeships.
2. Financial Capability & Stability
Participants build stronger financial capability by learning how to access essential services such as banks, KiwiSaver, IRD, and investment platforms. They develop positive money habits: clearing debt, starting savings, and setting goals like a car, rental bond, or home deposit.
These habits often extend into the home, with participants sharing their knowledge with their whānau.
3. Personal Wellbeing
Participants experience improved self-confidence and self-worth. They build emotional intelligence and communication skills that strengthen relationships at home, at work, and in their community.
With a clearer understanding of their values and goals, participants take practical steps toward achieving them. This supports their reintegration, stability, and long-term wellbeing.
